【摘要】:Thistestmethodisconsideredsatisfactoryforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentsbecausecurrentestimatesofbetween-laboratoryprecisionareacceptableandthemethodhasbeenusedextensivelyinthetradeforacceptancetesting.Incasesofdispute,thestatisticalbias,ifany,betweenthelaboratoryofthepurchaserandthelaboratoryofthesellershouldbedetermined,witheachcomparisonbeingbasedontestingrandomizedspecimensfromonesampleoffabric.Thistestmethodisusedasanindicationofthepropensityofyarnstoshiftordistortinafabric.Suchdistortionsareobjectionableduetotheresultingchangesinappearance.Theseappearancechangesaresometimesreferredtoasx201C;fingermarksx201D;orx201C;shiftmarks.x201D;Itisrecommendedthatfabricsbetestedintheiroriginalconditionandalsoafterlaunderingordrycleaning,orboth,dependingupontheintendeduseofthematerial.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthemeasurementofyarndistortionofonesetofyarnsovertheotherinwovenclothfollowingtheapplicationofsurfacefriction.Thistestmethodespeciallyisapplicabletoopen-weavefabrics,suchasnettings,marquisettes,gauzes,chiffons,andheavierfabricsmadefromslipperysurfaceyarns.Note1-Forthedeterminationofyarnslippageinwovenfabrics,refertoTestMethodD434.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundunitsgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
