【摘要】:ThispartofISO10791specifies,withreferencetoISO230-1andISO230-2,thetestsintendedtoassesstherepeatabilityofpositioningofindividualpalletsandthetotalaccuracyofpositioningofabatchofpalletsassociatedwithaspecificmachine.Inamanufacturingsystemtheaccuracyofpositioningofaworkpieceorawork-holdingfixturedependsonthefittingbetweenpalletsandreceivers.ItshouldbenotedthatthispartofISO10791appliestoasinglemachiningcentre,i.e.tothesinglereceiver,withmultiplepallets.Theresultsofthetestsconsideredherecouldbeextendedtothewholemanufacturingsystemonlyifthemeasuringinstrumentswereplacedonthedifferentmachinesexactlyinthesamepositionwithrespecttotheoriginsofthelinearaxes.This,inpractice,isdifficultandinaccurate,becauseoriginsofthelinearaxisareaffectedbytherepeatabilityoftheaxes.
