【摘要】:ISO11111-1:2005specifiessafetyrequirementsforfrequentlyoccurringhazardscommontothetypesoftextilemachineryandthehazardsofcertainmachineelementscoveredbyISO11111-2toISO11111-7.Itisapplicabletomachineryplantandrelatedequipmentintendedtobeusedinthetextileindustryforthefollowing:opening,cleaning,blending,carding,preparationsubsequenttocarding,spinningandotherprocessingoffibres(stapleandfilament)andothermaterialstoformyarnornonwovenmaterial(includingfelts);winding,doubling,twisting,texturing,etc.ofyarnsandtheprocessingofyarnspreparatorytoweavingandknitting;weaving,knitting,lace-makingandsimilarutilizationofyarn,etc.,toformfabric;formationofbraid,cord,strand,rope,twine,net,etc.,excepttake-upreelsofstrandingandlayingmachinery;processesincludingpretreatment,bleaching,dyeing,printingandfinishingoffibre,yarn,fabric,braid,cord,etc.,andfinalassemblyfordespatch;piecedyeingofmade-upgoods;finishingofwarpandweftknitting,includinghosiery,otherthanassemblyofthefinishedproduct(e.g.sewing);carpetmanufacture,byweaving,tuftingandotherprocesses.
